How it works

The Automatic Water Level Controller is designed to operate Submersible Pumps, Jet Pumps, Monoblock Pumps, and MCB-type starter pumps automatically. When the overhead tank water level drops to 50% or 25%, the pump starts automatically, and when the tank reaches the full level, the pump stops automatically. This eliminates the need for manual pump operation and helps prevent water wastage and motor damage.

Features

  • Dry Run Protection

    If the pump starts but water flow is not detected, the system identifies it as a dry run and automatically turns OFF the pump to avoid motor overheating.

  • High Votage Protection

    Automatically switches OFF the pump when the input voltage exceeds 280V, protecting the motor from voltage surges.

  • Low Voltage Protection

    Automatically switches OFF the pump when the voltage drops below 180V, preventing damage due to insufficient voltage.

  • Over Load Protection

    Automatically cuts OFF the pump in case of overcurrent or overload conditions, ensuring motor safety and long life.

  • Pump Energy Monitoring

    The controller continuously monitors the pump’s energy consumption and displays total energy usage in kilowatt-hours (kWh) on the LCD.
