Return Eligibility

The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

An unboxing video is mandatory in case of damaged, defective, or wrong product claims.

Returns will not be accepted for physically damaged products caused by improper installation or misuse.

Products damaged due to incorrect wiring, voltage fluctuations, water damage, or unauthorized repair attempts.

Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer (customer must provide bank details).
