Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory in case of damaged, defective, or wrong product claims.

  • Returns will not be accepted for physically damaged products caused by improper installation or misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to incorrect wiring, voltage fluctuations, water damage, or unauthorized repair attempts.

  • Used or installed products (unless found defective by our technical team).

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order details.

  2. Share images/videos (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return shipping instructions.

Refund Policy

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer (customer must provide bank details).

Replacement

  • In case of manufacturing defects, we offer replacement after verification by our technical team.
