8. Tank overflow problem

As the decreasing rate of ground water level is increasing day by day specially during summer , that day is not far when the scene of Delhi will be the scene of the whole India , therefore it is time to take action and start saving water because our future depends on this but the very big problem that leads to the most wastage of water is the overflow of tanks which leads to approximately 580,937,500,000 litres of water being wasted in India but many people don’t know the solution for this problem, In every building, it always happens that people start the motor to fill the water tank. And when water starts overflowing from the tank then they switch off the motor. Sometimes after a long time, it is realized that the water is overflowing from the tank, and by then a lot of water has already flowed.

Tank overflow is a big problem of every building. Hundreds of litres of water is wasted in every building every day just due to tank overflow. And due to the motor running more than required, the electricity bill also increases. People are very troubled by this problem and they are looking for a better solution.

Therefore Greenstark has introduced a new product to deal with this problem effectively and    efficiently.

Automatic water level controller for submersible pump

This automatic pump controller automatically switches on and off the submersible pump when it reaches the minimum and maximum level of water in the tank. It not only protects your pump from high and low voltage but also from over-load  and automatically switches off the pump when detecting dry run thus also saving the pump from breakdown.

The automatic water level controller operates the submersible pump automatically when the overhead tank water level goes low (50% OR 25%), the pump starts automatically. and when the overhead tank water level goes high (tank full), the pump stops automatically. No need to operate the pump manually. Its operate pumps automatically.

  • Dry Run Protection:- when pumps start automatically and no water flowing in the tank then its called dry run. Our device can detect dry run when its happened and turn off pumps. This protection save pump from burning. Generally dry run happened in summer season when ground water level goes low.
  • High Voltage Protection:- pumps run normally on 220 Volts. which can normally run up to 260 volts, but when the voltage exceeds 260 volts, then it can burn the pump. if it happens our high-voltage protection turns off the pump when it happens. and it saves pumps from burning.
  • Low Voltage Protection:- pumps run normally on 220 Volts. which can normally run up to 180 volts, but when the voltage decreases to 180 volts, then it can burn the pump. if it happens our low-voltage protection turns off the pump when it happens. and it saves pumps from burning.
  • Over Load Protection:- for 1 HP pump, the normal running current is 6 to 7 Ampere. when the pumps run on over current than normal, then it is called overload. our device turns off the pump when it happens and it saves the pump from burning.
